Product Information on our Website

We make our best effort to ensure accuracy of product information on our website. However, please note that images and descriptions on our site are for display purposes only. Due to the nature of firearms manufacturing, actual product may vary from photos, depending on manufacturers’ updates to their products, latest materials used, and/or other factors beyond our control. We recommend that you check the product UPC against manufacturers’ website. A2 Firearms is not responsible for variations in product appearance.

Blanket Firearm and Ammunition Policy

A2 Firearms will only ship and/or transfer ownership of firearms to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License, also known as Federal Firearms Licensees (FFL). No firearms or ammunition will be shipped directly to you unless you are an FFL.

Click here for more information on how to ship a firearm(s) or ammunition to an FFL near you

It is your responsibility to:

  1. 1.     ensure that a firearm is legal to own in your state or municipality;
  2. 2.     contact the FFL to ensure they accept shipments of firearms and/or ammunition.
  3. 3.     complete all legally mandated paperwork when you pick up your purchase from your local dealer.

Your local dealer normally charges a transfer fee for processing and transferring the firearm and/or ammunition to you. As part of this transfer, your state may also charge you additional firearm or ammunition taxes. These fees and taxes are strictly between you, your FFL, and/or your state. Please check with your local dealer about their policies and any taxes you may be charged during the transfer. A2 Firearms does not collect these fees during the ordering process. We only charge legally-mandated sales tax for those localities that they are applicable.

We may require you to contact your FFL to request them to send a copy of their Federal Firearms License to us if we cannot locate or validate their license.
