Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
All orders above $100 ship for free with economy shipping. Orders below $100 incur a $9 shipping charge. Delivery times for economy shipping vary depending on destination.
Depending on the item(s) ordered, you may have the option for expedited shipping at an extra charge, depending on the size and weight of the items ordered. Shipping costs and delivery times for expedited shipping vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Some states require us to charge sales tax on shipping charges, and we must abide by those legal requirements.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days of order placement and completion of payment. Custom orders may require additional processing time.
- Carriers: We partner with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Firearms and ammunition normally ship via FedEx ground. Accessories are shipped using the most economic shipping method, unless requested otherwise, where available.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can track the progress of your shipment directly on our site, or via the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Due to federal and state regulations, certain items may not be shipped to all areas. It's the customer's responsibility to be aware of their local laws regarding firearm and ammunition purchases.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Return Policy
Return Policy for Accessories:
- We only accept returns for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt and returned within 10 calendar days of receipt. Receipt date is the date shown on the carrier’s tracking information.
- Accessories that have been opened from their original packaging cannot be returned.
- Accessories that have been installed, mounted, and/or used cannot be returned. Most accessories have a manufacturer warranty. In case of any issues after installation/use, please contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
- If the item is NOT defective, original shipping charges are NOT refunded. Customers will be responsible for return shipping in these cases. These returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The item must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
- For Scopes and/or Optics, customer must work with the manufacturer if a defect is not identified immediately upon receipt.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Policy for Firearms:
*** VERY IMPORTANT – FIREARMS RETURNS ***
- New Firearms are only eligible for return before transfer. Once transferred to the buyer, all sales are final. Please inspect your firearm thoroughly before completing the transfer at your local FFL. If there is a defect or issue, do not accept the transfer. Contact us immediately for assistance. We do NOT refund FFL transfer fees or taxes collected by your FFL on returns. If you discover a defect AFTER the transfer, you must work with the manufacturer according to their warranty and policy. Please note, because you can ship your firearm directly to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer can ship the repaired firearm directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or fees, by sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid unnecessary transfer fees associated with returning the firearm to us through your local FFL. If a defect is discovered within 30 days of receipt of the firearm, and the manufacturer does not cover prepaid labels under their warranty, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to ship the firearm to the manufacturer.
- In cases of failed background checks and incorrect ordering (ex. Ordering a firearm that is not legal in your area), original shipping charges are NOT refunded. Customer will be responsible for return shipping in these cases. These orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Restocking Fee:
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not defective.
Subject to terms and conditions mentioned above, if items are found to be defective upon receipt, A2 Firearms will provide your choice of a replacement item (if available) or full refund, and pay the return shipping cost. For or your convenience, A2 Firearms will also arrange for the defective items to be picked up and returned to us (firearms only).
How to Initiate a Return
Please do not return packages to the address on the box. We will not be able to verify the return and/or issue replacement or refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@a2firearms.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Picking Up Items From Our Store:
If you intend to pick up an order from our store, please wait until you are notified that your items are ready for pickup. You will receive an email informing you that your order is ready for pickup.
Orders picked up from our store are subject to California DROS fees as well as applicable firearms taxes. We do not charge transfer fees on items ordered from our store.
If you are not a California resident, you cannot pick up firearms and/or ammunition from our store. You must have firearms and/or ammunition transferred to a dealer in your state.
